Mudara Reserve Shipping Policy

At Mudara Reserve, we work with trusted partners to ensure your luxury fragrances arrive quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Our shipping times, costs, and procedures are designed to reflect the same efficiency and care you expect from a premium shopping experience.

Processing & Shipping Times

  • Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed by 2:00 PM Eastern Time on business days will ship the same day.

  • Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Options

  • Ground Shipping (U.S.): Estimated delivery within 2–6 business days.

  • 2nd Day Air Saver: Delivery within 2 business days.

  • Next Day Saver: Delivery within 1 business day.
    Please note: Delivery estimates do not include processing time and may vary due to carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

For drop-ship orders:

  • $7.95 for the first item

  • $1.00 for each additional item (up to 10 items)

  • Larger orders or expedited shipping will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. All duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped so you can follow your fragrance’s journey to your door.

Damaged, Missing, or Lost Shipments

We take great care in packing your order. In the rare event of a problem:

  • Damaged Items: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mudara-reserve.com. Keep all packaging for 2 weeks while we process your claim.

  • Missing Items: Notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will initiate a carrier tracer (allow 8 business days for resolution). If approved, we’ll reship or refund your order.

  • Lost Shipments: If tracking shows your package hasn’t been delivered within the carrier’s timeframe, we’ll open an investigation and update you promptly.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will issue a refund minus the return shipping cost charged by the carrier.

Cancellations

To maintain fast turnaround times, orders may only be canceled within 5 minutes of placement. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
